Sake Central is a celebration of Japanese culture through food and beverage, with a primary focus on sake. Our mission is to provide our clients with the education and knowledge to enjoy our exclusive sake. Working with our Sake Samurai Elliot Faber of the original Sake Central in Hong Kong, we offer an extensive variety of sake bottles from small and larger breweries in and outside of Japan. Our uniquely placed restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City offers the complete package: private bookings, happy hour, tasting menu, snacks, drinks, and retail; all at varying price points. Designed by Sean Dix, your visit begins with navigating the elegant staircase to the main drinking and dining floor. The main room is dominated by a centrally placed table displaying Japanese rice that polished at different ratio, or seimaibuai, a step critical in the sake brewing process. A private dining at the rear can accommodate intimate groups for a special evening.
